Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap, focusing on optimizing working capital, reducing cost-to-serve, and improving customer experience.

You will lead discovery, build business cases, and partner with Operations, Finance and Technology to deliver scalable solutions, with remote-friendly options and EST/CST business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong ROI and financial analysis to justify investments.
• Ability to present to senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams and translate supply chain challenges into solutions.
• Lead product discovery via stakeholder interviews, observations, data analysis and process mapping.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with priorities and ROI.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying impact and ROI.
• Lead multiple initiatives with minimal direction, managing risks and delivery.
• Drive governance, metrics and OKRs to measure value realization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Distribution, Inventory, Finance, Analytics and Tech teams.
