Cardinal Health is seeking a remote-friendly Supply Chain Product Manager to drive the multi-year technology roadmap and optimize key supply chain metrics. You will partner with Finance, Data & Analytics, and Operations to deliver data-driven business cases and measurable results.

The role requires 8+ years in product or supply chain disciplines, strong financial acumen, and experience presenting to senior leadership. Location can be remote within the United States, with EST/CST business hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines, preferred.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities and ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Lead product discovery with stakeholders, observations, and data analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term objectives.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact, cost savings, and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives with minimal direction.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management methodologies across the organization.
• Establish and monitor product performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
