Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities and ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with structured problem-solving approaches.
• Deep understanding of IMS, WMS, and TMS integration points in supply chain.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams, translating supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, observations, feedback, data analysis, and process mapping.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact and ROI.
• Lead multiple concurrent product initiatives and manage risks to deliver business value.
• Influence leadership with executive-ready presentations and fact-based recommendations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, OKRs to measure value realization and prioritization.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams.
