You will lead cross-functional discovery, build business cases, and drive scalable, data-driven product initiatives while navigating ambiguity and influencing senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives forward.
• Understanding of IMS, WMS, TMS integration points.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams to translate supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery through interviews, observations, data analysis, and mapping to identify opportunities.
• Develop multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings and ROI.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal direction.
• Define scope, metrics, risks, and dependencies for complex initiatives.
• Influence leadership with compelling, fact-based recommendations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and OKRs to measure value realization.
• Partner with Operations, Distribution, Inventory, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Promote best practices in product management methodologies.
