Cardinal Health is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager who will architect and manage the multi-year Supply Chain Technology Roadmap to optimize working capital, reduce costs, improve fill rates, and elevate customer experience.

The role partners with Operations, Finance and Analytics to deliver scalable solutions, develop financial cases, and drive cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise. Remote-friendly within the United States; salary shown is a market range.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain, Distribution or related disciplines, preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases for enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success identifying cost savings opportunities and ROI-based recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, framing problems and driving initiatives forward with limited direction.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and IMS/WMS/TMS integration points.
• Proven success as a Supply Chain Technology SME, partnering across teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority and driving alignment toward objectives.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data, metrics, financial models, and business insights.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the strategic link between business and technology teams to translate supply chain challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead product discovery through stakeholder interviews, process mapping and data analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and long-term goals.
• Build data-driven business cases quantifying financial impact including cost savings and ROI.
• Independently lead multiple concurrent product initiatives and resolve obstacles to deliver business value.
• Lead ambiguous initiatives from concept to implementation, defining scope, metrics, dependencies and risks.
• Influence leadership with executive-ready presentations and fact-based recommendations.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs/OKRs to measure value realization and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Analytics to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in product management methodologies.
