Job summary

enVista is seeking a PMO Consulting Manager to drive transformation for clients through initiating, planning, executing and closing projects. You will lead a team, build cohesive client relationships, and deliver scalable PMO methods and tools.

You will manage distribution center startups, transitions, and automation projects, aligning operations, design, and systems with client goals while communicating effectively with executives and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• PMO/Project management experience required.
• Experience in distribution center startups and automation preferred.
• Ability to communicate with executives at all levels.
• Lean/Six-Sigma experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated Facility Startup and Automation integration projects.
• Learn about a client’s organization and tailor our proven PMO methodology to fit client needs.
• Develop knowledge of client goals, facility design, automation, systems, and organizational culture.
• Manage development of operations descriptions, engineered designs, and business requirements documents.
• Create project execution documentation including plans, charters, and timelines.
• Support the execution to an operational distribution center.
• Create ongoing PMO documentation including status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
• Build relationships with sponsors and project teams to meet business needs.
• Travel for project work up to 40%.
