Job summary

enVista is seeking a Consultant to deliver pragmatic business solutions across people, process and technology for a variety of clients, on-site and remotely. This is a role for bold innovators who want to build with us and transform client operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in retail or consumer products, strong communication and relationship skills, and hands-on experience with supply chain functional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in the retail or consumer products industries in or in a consulting role serving these industries.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of industry issues and challenges.
• Clear and articulate communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Active listening skills and attention to detail.
• Results oriented, takes initiative, works with a sense of urgency and and deals with issues proactively, decisively and persistently.
• Flexibility and adaptability, ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Effective time and project management.
• Strong MSFT office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel 50% of the time and work at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality consulting services, leveraging industry knowledge and enVista methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal project team members to determine the best approach and identify appropriate firm assets to leverage in client projects.
• Provide industry expertise in relevant focus areas during client engagements.
• Develop and deliver high quality work products, deliverables, and presentations.
• Create strong relationships with firm and client peers.
• Ensure high client satisfaction from project work, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Contribute to firm intellectual assets through development or enhancement of playbooks, templates, and sample work products.
• Provide industry thought leadership for the firm’s marketing efforts by participating and/or contributing to blogs, podcasts, webinars, points of view, case studies, industry events, and other firm collateral.
