Job summary

enVista seeks a consultant to deliver pragmatic business solutions across people, process and technology for diverse clients. You’ll work on-site and remotely, helping clients transform their supply chain and enterprise operations.

The role blends thought leadership with hands-on delivery, offering growth, mentorship, and opportunity to influence firm assets and marketing efforts. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in the retail or consumer products industries in or in a consulting role serving these industries.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of industry issues and challenges.
• Clear and articulate communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Active listening and attention to detail.
• Results oriented, initiates, and acts with urgency.
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Effective time and project management.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel 50% of the time and work at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality consulting services, leveraging industry knowledge and enVista methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to determine the best approach and leverage firm assets.
• Provide industry expertise in relevant focus areas during client engagements.
• Develop and deliver high quality work products, deliverables, and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with firm and client peers.
• Ensure high client satisfaction from project work and exceed expectations.
• Contribute to firm intellectual assets through playbooks, templates, and sample work.
