Job summary

enVista, LLC is seeking a PMO Consulting Manager to drive distribution center startups, greenfield/brownfield projects, and automation integrations from initiation through close. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, build trusted advisor relationships, and continually improve PMO methodologies.

You will coordinate project plans, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope and schedule while communicating with executives and clients at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex PMO projects.
• Experience leading multi-workstream projects.
• Knowledge of distribution center startup and automation.
• Understanding of WMS, WCS, WES, TMS, OMS and related systems.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated Facility Startup and Automation integration projects.
• Learn about a client’s organization and tailor our PMO methodology to client needs.
• Develop knowledge of client end goals, facility design, and systems integration.
• Create operation descriptions, engineered designs, and business requirements documents.
• Generate project plans, charters, and timelines from integration documentation.
• Support execution from conceptual to operational distribution center.
• Create ongoing PMO documentation: status, risks, issues, roles, minutes.
• Develop client communications and manage stakeholder expectations.
