Job summary

enVista, LLC is seeking a Consultant to work on diverse client projects across people, process, and technology, both on-site and remotely. The role emphasizes thought leadership, client engagement, and delivering impactful business solutions within supply chain and enterprise consulting.

You will contribute to firm assets, build client relationships, and drive successful engagements while leveraging enVista methodologies and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in the retail or consumer products industries in or in a consulting role serving these industries.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of industry issues and challenges.
• Clear and articulate communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality consulting services, leveraging industry knowledge and enVista methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal project team members to determine the best approach and identify appropriate firm assets to leverage in client projects.
• Provide industry expertise in relevant focus areas during client engagements.
• Develop and deliver high quality work products, deliverables, and presentations.
• Create strong relationships with firm and client peers.
• Ensure high client satisfaction from project work, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Contribute to firm intellectual assets through development or enhancement of playbooks, templates, and sample work products.
• Provide industry thought leadership for the firm’s marketing efforts by participating and/or contributing to blogs, podcasts, webinars, points of view, case studies, industry events, and other firm collateral]
• The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-starter who is motivated to develop client relationships and drive successful client engagements.
