Job summary

enVista is seeking a PMO Consulting Manager to lead multi‑discipline teams through distribution center startups, transitions and expansions. You will craft actionable plans, drive project execution, and standardize PMO methodology across client engagements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years’ PM experience with multi-workstream programs. Travel around 40% is expected, and you’ll partner with executives to deliver transformational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience executing complex projects.
• Experience leading multi-workstream programs and distribution-center startups.
• Knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS/OMS and related systems is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate designated startup and automation projects.
• Tailor Program Management methodologies to client needs.
• Develop knowledge of client goals, facilities, and culture.
• Create operation descriptions, designs, and business requirements documents.
• Produce project plans, charters, and timelines for execution.
• Maintain status, risks, issues, roles, and meeting minutes.
• Build client and stakeholder relationships and advise on best practices.
