Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Supply Chain IT Systems Analyst to support production scheduling, with a focus on the OMP Unison platform. You will act as a liaison between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and IT to translate business needs into effective system capabilities.

You will contribute to design, testing, deployment, issue resolution, and global rollout activities, monitor performance, and help reduce manual workarounds through better system usage in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, supply chain, or related field.
• SAP or supply chain planning certification.
• 5+ years in supply chain, manufacturing systems, or business analysis.
• Experience with production scheduling, planning, APS, or similar systems.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across SC, manufacturing, ops, and IT.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document production scheduling requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional design, config, and enhancements.
• Support design, testing, deployment, and stabilization of the OMP scheduling solution.
• Collaborate with data, integration, and technical teams for connectivity and data flow.
• Support user acceptance testing, scenario validation, and issue resolution.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement of scheduling processes.
• Identify and reduce manual workarounds through better system usage.
• Support training, documentation, and user adoption activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for enhancements and remediation.
• Provide status updates and governance support.
• Contribute to rollout planning for additional sites and standardization.
