Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Inventory Planning Manager to own master production scheduling at the site, aligning with supply chain goals and financial targets. The role drives efficiency and schedule adherence by optimizing planning parameters and coordinating with partners across planning, manufacturing and logistics.

You will manage the production plan, oversee order coordination, and lead the MPS discussions to maximize on-time delivery and inventory targets while supporting strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sciences or Engineering; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing to manage the full window of firmed orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the site's work order coordinators supporting the production plan with guidance and direction.
• Handle unplanned orders, provide delivery commitments, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate schedule changes and risks to decision makers to enable right production decisions.
• Lead daily schedule reviews with material management and cross-functional partners.
