Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Lead, IT Business Analyst in St. Albans, Vermont to bridge operations, engineering, quality and IT. You will translate business needs into technology solutions supporting production objectives and lead enterprise projects, automation initiatives and manufacturing/digital transformations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing or lab IT, experience with MES, and strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills in a regulated pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations and IT.
• Experience in regulated/pharma or healthcare environments.
• Experience with testing, deployment, stabilization and user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for application enhancements, server patching and issue remediation.
• Support Automation Roadmap and Lean 4.0 transformation programs.
• Ensure production and laboratory systems meet performance and availability requirements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and laboratory systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians).
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and audit readiness.
