Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing, operations, and IT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing execution systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for application enhancements and maintenance.
• Support Automation Roadmap and Lean 4.0 transformation programs.
• Ensure production and laboratory systems meet performance and availability requirements.
• Assess impacts of system changes on processes and schedules.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and laboratory systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians, and network).
• Maintain compliance with corporate security standards.
• Support audit readiness and documentation controls.
• Assist lifecycle planning, capacity management and technology refresh projects.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, vendors, and infrastructure groups.
