This role provides leadership for enterprise projects, infrastructure initiatives, manufacturing systems, laboratory applications, and digital transformation programs while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations, and IT.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, stabilization and user support activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing execution systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support delivery of application enhancements, server patching, and issue remediation.
• Support ongoing strategic initiatives such as Automation Roadmap and Lean 4.0 transformation programs.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure production and laboratory systems meet performance, availability, and operation requirements.
• Evaluate impacts of system changes on manufacturing/laboratory processes and production schedules.
• Assist with troubleshooting for manufacturing and laboratory systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, historians, and manufacturing network infrastructure.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate security standards.
• Proactive support of manufacturing, laboratory systems, and other critical IT services.
• Support audit readiness and compliance initiatives through proper documentation and process controls.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle planning, capacity management, and technology refresh projects.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, vendors, infrastructure teams and application support groups.
• Other duties as assigned.
