Viatris is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst to bridge site operations, engineering and IT. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, lead enterprise projects, and support manufacturing systems and digital transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
Experience in regulated environments, preferably pharma/healthcare manufacturing.
5+ years supporting manufacturing or lab environments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, ops, IT.
Experience supporting testing, deployment, stabilization and user support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between site operations, engineering, quality, and IT.
Lead enterprise projects, infrastructure initiatives, and digital transformation.
Manage manufacturing execution systems and coordinate with vendors.
Support Automation Roadmap and Lean 4.0 initiatives.
Ensure production/lab systems meet performance and availability requirements.
Assist with troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians, and networks.
Support audit readiness and compliance through documentation and controls.
Coordinate activities across business teams and support groups.
