Job summary

ForceBrands is seeking an organized operations associate to manage wholesale and Shopify-based orders, coordinate freight with 3PL partners, and support inventory across multiple warehouses and suppliers. The role involves sourcing/procurement tasks and helping resolve day-to-day operational challenges in a fast-moving company.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a proactive, “no task too small” mindset suited to a rapid-growth

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale and online order processing, including distributor/customer orders and Shopify-based wholesale orders.
• Coordinate freight and logistics with 3PL partners and freight brokers, including booking loads, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues.
• Support inventory management and load coordination across multiple warehouses, suppliers, and co-packers.
• Assist with sourcing, procurement, and production, including supplier relationships and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges and support cross-functional projects across supply chain and general operations.

• Support inventory management and load coordination across multiple warehouses, suppliers, and co-packers
• Assist with sourcing, procurement, and production, including supplier relationships, materials/ingredients, and co-packer production schedules
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges and support event logistics and cross-functional projects across supply chain and general operations
