Job summary

Tefron, a global B2B apparel brand, seeks a Sales Associate to support the Sales and Replenishment team in maintaining online sales data and product information. You will contribute to accuracy in pricing, item details, and availability while supporting multiple team members in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and efficient handling of samples and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in process preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of
• Wholesale, apparel, or retail experience a plus
• Retail Link experience is considered a strength
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Can work part-time with the potential for full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly online sales performance reports to support team decision making
• Conduct online item reviews and maintain product information, pricing, and item accuracy
• Review online inventory levels and identify opportunities or issues requiring attention
• Execute Manual Orders (SSO)
• Deliver product samples to customer teams and ensure samples are available as needed
• Manage the sample room, including organization, inventory tracking, and product maintenance
• Coordinate and maintain office supply inventory and ordering
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
