Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead supplier negotiations and contract strategies for cost-of-goods programs. You will own a portfolio of supplier agreements, drive savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Lumicera’s mission of efficient contracting for member pharmacies.

This role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across functions. Travel up to 10% is expected; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with demonstrated savings or value.
• Experience building new programs or functions, with ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Experience with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and agreements, converting opportunities into signed, value-delivering contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely execution of agreements and extension of negotiated pricing to eligible members.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate member volume and standardize terms for cost competitiveness.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, and legal to support contracting objectives.
