Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead supplier negotiations, develop category strategies, and drive cost savings for GPO member pharmacies. This high-impact role owns vendor agreements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure contract excellence and compliance.

The role emphasizes market-facing leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex negotiations while delivering measurable value to members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with demonstrated savings or value delivered.
• Experience building new programs or functions and operating under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• GPO experience preferred; understand aggregated member volume and value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing, terms, and service for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and agreements delivering measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewal pricing.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, contract ops, compliance, and legal to support objectives.
• Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
