Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead supplier negotiations and contracting for cost-of-goods programs. The role focuses on high-impact pharmacy supply chain categories and expands savings through strategic category plans.

You will collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure compliant, favorable terms, and timely execution of agreements across the GPO member network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing required.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with demonstrated savings or value delivered required.
• Experience building new programs or functions and operating under ambiguity, tight timelines, is strongly preferred.
• Experience with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) is highly preferred. PBM or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans that expand savings, strengthen contract structures, and enhance partner value.
• Build and manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and agreements, converting opportunities into signed, executed contracts delivering measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
