Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager in a primarily remote role serving the U.S. market from Minnesota. The role owns supplier agreements, leads sourcing and negotiations, and drives cost-of-goods savings for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies.

You will collaborate across analytics, finance, operations, contract operations, compliance, and legal to shape contracting strategies and ensure compliant, value-driven outcomes. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with measurable savings.
• Experience building new programs or functions and operating under ambiguity with tight timelines.
• Familiarity with GPOs and aggregated member volume is highly preferred.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventa in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and translate opportunities into signed agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce contract terms and service levels.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements and renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, finance, operations, compliance, legal) to support contracting objectives.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
