Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead contracting strategies and negotiations for cost-of-goods programs. The role focuses on supply chain categories, including logistics, cold-chain, packaging, and technology, delivering savings to member pharmacies.

The manager owns supplier agreements, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Professional procurement, contracting, or supply management certification (e.g., CPSM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lumicera in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for GPO member pharmacies.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans that expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and agreements, converting opportunities into signed contracts delivering measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce compliance with contract terms and service levels.
