Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead sourcing and negotiations that cut the total cost of goods and services for Clarventa and its GPO member pharmacies. This senior role drives contracting strategy, manages supplier agreements, and expands savings across core supply chain categories, with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes supplier-facing leadership, execution of category plans, and ongoing performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field is required or shown by experience.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred to deepen contracting and strategy expertise.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation with measurable savings or value delivery.
• Experience building programs or functions and operating under ambiguity and tight timelines.
• Experience with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventa as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop category strategies, action plans, and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships and agreements delivering measurable value.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms, service levels, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate member volume and standardize terms.
• Collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, contract operations, compliance, and legal.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
