Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead sourcing and supplier negotiations across cost-of-goods programs for its member pharmacies.

You will own contracting strategies, drive savings, and collaborate with analytics, finance, operations, and legal to ensure compliant, favorable agreements. This is a high-impact, supplier-facing role with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing.
• 3+ years direct contract negotiation with measurable savings.
• Experience with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) preferred.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and total cost of ownership/price modeling.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarventa in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and agreements to deliver measurable value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
