Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supply Chain Contracting Manager to lead supplier negotiations and contracting strategies across high-impact pharmacy supply chain categories. You will own a portfolio of agreements, drive savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery to member pharmacies.

This role is a supplier-facing, high-ownership position with travel up to 10%. You will influence contracting standards, manage performance, and expand initiatives to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor contracting, category management, or sourcing.
• 3+ years of direct contract negotiation experience with measurable savings or value delivered.
• Experience building new programs or functions under ambiguity, pressure, and tight timelines.
• Group purchasing organizations (GPOs) experience highly preferred.
• PBM or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent company in the market as a supplier-facing contracting leader for supply chain and cost-of-goods categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Develop and execute category strategies and action plans to expand savings and strengthen contract structures.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and convert opportunities into signed agreements delivering value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service levels.
• Uphold contracting standards and ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Ensure pricing and renewals are extended to eligible members.
• Identify opportunities to aggregate member volume and standardize terms.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and launch new supply chain initiatives.
• Coordinate with analytics, finance, operations, contract operations, compliance, and legal.
