Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to build and manage strategic supplier relationships while driving growth and market expansion. You will lead business planning, quarterly reviews, and executive engagements to align supplier initiatives with Arrow’s objectives.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in supplier management and channel sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4 year degree or 4 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships with suppliers.
• Proven track record in growth strategies, revenue, and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive engagement activities.
• Drive go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, billings, and market share.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT) to align initiatives.
