Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Vendor Enroller to educate and enroll suppliers for its virtual card payment solution. The role involves 90% phone engagement, education, enrollment guidance, and CRM data entry. Hybrid work on-site Monday-Thursday at downtown Kansas City.

You should have 2+ years in sales, customer service or telemarketing, and strong communication skills. Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.

• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment and build supplier relationships.
• Accurate data entry and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Contact vendors by phone to introduce UMB's Virtual Card Payment solution.
• Accurately answer questions and educate vendors.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process.
• Record details of supplier interactions in UMB's CRM.
• Identify objections and work toward resolution.
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals.
• Input and manage vendor data accurately in the CRM.
• Suggest process improvements to management.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
