RTX's Pratt & Whitney Midwest Regional Office seeks a Supplier Development Lead to drive operational excellence across the supplier base. You will manage onsite visits, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and report progress to senior leadership to ensure timely ramp-ups and performance improvements.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80% in the Midwest) and frequent collaboration with Purchasing, Engineering and Quality teams, with work-from-home flexibility and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field with 10 years of experience (or advanced degree with 7y).
• U.S. Citizenship required to access program information.
• Midwest, USA area residence (IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI).

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier development to improve on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead onsite supplier assessments with Buyers, Quality and Engineering teams.
• Coordinate and resolve risks to align manufacturing, supply chain and delivery with customer needs.
• Report supplier progress to executive leadership reviews.
• Travel up to 80% within the Midwest; on-site at suppliers 80% of the time.
• Manage supplier performance and develop improvement plans.
