Job summary

RTX seeks a senior Supplier Quality & Development leader to drive the execution of strategic supplier quality initiatives. You will oversee onboarding, qualification, and PPAP activities while guiding teams to resolve quality issues and ensure GMP compliance across contracted suppliers.

This role requires extensive aerospace experience, strong communication with internal/external stakeholders, and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related field with substantial experience.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant aerospace supplier quality experience.
• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team and executes long-term strategy for supplier quality and development.
• Manages supplier onboarding, qualification, and PPAP processes.
• Drives corrective actions and preventive actions with suppliers.
• Ensures GMP and procurement practices meet contract requirements.
• Travels up to 50% domestically and internationally.
