Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced supplier quality professional to lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues and manage performance across the supplier base. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement in a remote US setting.

You will oversee source inspection, onboarding, and certification activities, drive RCCA and corrective actions, and analyze data to shape supplier quality strategies aligned with Collins Aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• RCCA methodologies knowledge.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or supplier operations environment.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-caused issues through analytical problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage supplier quality performance via prevention, monitoring, escalation, and review of nonconforming material.
• Analyze supplier non-conformances and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate Source Inspection and oversee supplier onboarding, source inspection, and qualification/certification activities.
• Support escape management, RCCA, and implement corrective actions for systemic issues.
• Analyze supplier quality data to identify systemic issues and develop supplier-specific quality strategies using PFMEA, MSA, and SPC.
