The role emphasizes on‑site validations at supplier facilities, capability verification, and structured problem solving (8D/5‑Why).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors or higher in engineering or related field with strong quality background.
• Experience with PFMEA, SPC, capability analysis and GD&T.
• Experience working with AS9100/ISO9001, FAI, APQP and statistical methods.
• U.S. Citizen with active and transferable security clearance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate supplier manufacturing performance through onsite diagnostics of processes, equipment, tooling, flow, and quality systems.
• Lead readiness and capability assessments including FAI, SPC checks, and Run‑at‑Rate support.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes of quality escapes and production instability.
• Maintain readiness docs, capability data, RCCA evidence, and capacity models.
