Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Supervisory Team Lead - Recruiting to guide a team of recruiters and implement talent acquisition programs that align with Tyler's growth across multiple U.S. locations.

You will partner with senior leaders to design sourcing strategies, improve candidate experience, and ensure diverse pipelines while supporting executive recruitment efforts. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years handling full-cycle, corporate in-house recruiting.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to team development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills used to translate priorities into talent acquisition solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters, including coaching, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
• Balance workload distribution across the recruiting team in partnership with leadership.
• Develop and maintain programs and partnerships to attract diverse, high-quality talent across Tyler.
