Tyler Technologies is seeking a Supervisory Team Lead - Recruiting to guide a team of recruiters and implement talent acquisition programs across Tyler divisions. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions and focuses on driving effective recruitment strategies, sourcing for critical roles, and ensuring compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years handling full-cycle, corporate (in-house) recruiting.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to team development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to translate priorities into talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to drive multiple projects and changes through influence and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters, including coaching, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
• Balance workload distribution across the recruiting team in partnership with recruiting leadership.
• Implement programs and partnerships to attract high-quality, diverse talent across Tyler.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles and diverse pools via referrals, colleges, and communities.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the business to recruit in a competitive talent market.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on role design and candidate profiling.
• Guide recruitment marketing and talent attraction best practices.
• Ensure high-quality candidates for key searches and lead executive searches.
• Improve processes and compliance in talent attraction programs across the enterprise.
• Lead international sourcing and recruiting for global positions.
