Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a Supervisory Team Lead - Recruiting to lead a team of recruiters and implement talent acquisition programs that drive recruiting effectiveness across Tyler. This role partners with senior leaders and reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions to support growth and a high-quality candidate experience.

You will oversee diversity recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure compliance while driving strong employment branding and a diverse talent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to team development.
• Strong partnership and relationship-building across functions and levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to translate priorities into TA strategies.
• Ability to drive multiple projects and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters with coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Balance workload distribution in partnership with recruiting leadership.
• Develop and maintain programs to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles and diverse pools.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and assess program effectiveness.
• Partner with the business to strengthen recruiting in a competitive market.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on role design and candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance on recruitment marketing and talent attraction best practices.
• Ensure high-quality candidate delivery for key searches, including executive and senior roles.
• Improve recruiting processes and tools across the enterprise (Jobvite, careers site, sourcing tools).
• Lead sourcing and recruiting for international positions.
