Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Team Lead - Recruiting to guide a team of recruiters and execute talent acquisition programs across Tyler divisions.

You will partner with leadership to deliver high-quality candidates, strengthen employment brand, and build diverse pipelines globally, including executive searches. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions and focuses on improving candidate experience, collaboration with hiring managers, and recruiting

Qualifications

• 3+ years handling full-cycle, corporate (in-house) recruiting.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities with a commitment to team development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills used to translate business priorities into TA approaches.
• Effective championship of change and achievement of process improvements.
• Highly organized, detail oriented with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters, including coaching, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
• Balance workload distribution across the recruiting team in partnership with leadership.
• Drive programs and partnerships to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles and diverse pools.
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the business to recruit in a competitive market.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on role design and candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance on recruitment marketing and talent attraction best practices.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality candidates for key searches; lead executive searches.
• Improve processes and ensure compliance in talent attraction programs.
• Evaluate recruiting tools and campaigns across the enterprise.
