Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Supervisor, Substitute Services to lead substitute staffing and drive student success across its districts. You will hire, onboard and coach remote and on-site substitutes, supervise performance, and manage customer relationships, ensuring program continuity and quality.

You will collaborate with Pearson colleagues to develop policies, analyze performance data, and lead projects while reporting to the Senior Manager of Teaching and Substitute Services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of substitutes or related staffing roles.
• Ability to coach and develop employees for improved performance.
• Experience analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
