Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Supervisor of Substitute Services to lead replacement staffing and drive student success. You will hire and onboard substitutes, coach staff, and supervise day-to-day performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage customer relationships, collaborate on policies, analyze performance data, and present findings to groups. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Teaching and Substitute Services and includes eligibility for the company incentive program.

Qualifications

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise remote employees.
• Monitor and ensure intervention for low student participation or performance.
• Collaborate with Pearson colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret performance-based data.
