Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering and 12+ years of related experience, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• PE certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of substation engineers.
• Build strong relationships with utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients.
• Oversee delivery of substation projects from planning through construction support.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC across projects.
• Partner with regional leadership to grow the business and identify opportunities.
