Qualifications

• BS/BA plus 12 years of related experience with at least 4 years in leadership or practice-building.
• PE licensure is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to security considerations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of substation engineers.
• Build relationships with utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients.
• Deliver substation projects from planning through construction support.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC.
• Grow the business with regional leadership and identify opportunities.
• Drive technical excellence, safety, and innovation across projects.
• Recruitment and career development of the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within AECOM's Energy practice.
