Qualifications

• BS/BA with 12+ years of related experience including leadership or practice-building roles.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of substation engineers.
• Build strong relationships with utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients.
• Oversee project delivery from planning/design through construction support and QA/QC.
