Qualifications

• BS/BA +12 years with 4+ years in leadership or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• U.S. citizenship required due to project nature.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of substation engineers.
• Build strong relationships with utility, energy, and industrial clients.
• Oversee planning through construction support of substation projects.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC across projects.
• Grow the business with regional leadership and identify opportunities.
• Promote technical excellence, safety, and innovation.
• Lead recruitment and career development initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in AECOM's Energy practice.
