Job summary

Namely is looking for a Retention & Subscription Lead to enhance the customer refill experience. This role involves leading Aerflo's CO2 refill program, developing retention strategies, and optimizing the email and SMS marketing. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in a similar role and experience with DTC tools like Klaviyo.

Compensation is based on experience with a range of $110,000–$135,000, alongside benefits including a performance bonus and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in subscription or lifecycle at a DTC brand.
• Experience with building or optimizing subscription models.
• Hands-on with Klaviyo and other DTC tools.
• Strong understanding of churn and retention metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the CO2 refill subscription program.
• Develop retention strategies to minimize churn.
• Drive lifecycle marketing through email and SMS.
• Report on key retention KPIs weekly and monthly.
