Job summary

RTX is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to work remotely in the United States. You will lead procurement and subcontract activities for DoD programs, managing high-dollar contracts from development to closeout while coordinating with IPTs and program offices.

Experience with direct DoD procurement/subcontracts ownership.
Experience working with FAR/DFAR.
Experience negotiating price reductions and T&Cs.

Responsibilities

Perform procurement and supplier administration functions in support of U.S. Government and Commercial subcontracts.
Administer high-dollar FFP/Cost Type subcontracts from $10K to equal/greater $100M in value.
Manage sourcing from development through production and final contract close out.
Manage tactical and strategic aspects of supplier relationships.
Coordinate with IPT, Engineering, Production Control, Operations, and Program Office.
Develop supply chain strategies and innovative solutions.
Perform risk analysis including identifying risks, opportunities, impacts, and mitigation plans.
Lead supplier organization team with RFPs, negotiations, POs, EVM, and milestone tracking.
