RTX is seeking a remotely based Subcontracts Manager within Air and Space Defense Systems to lead DoD procurement efforts, manage subcontracts from development through closeout, and coordinate with IPTs and program offices. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and strong negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in DoD procurement/subcontracts.
Experience with FAR/DFAR and DoD procurement ownership.
Strong negotiation of price, terms, and subcontractor relationships.
Ability to lead multi-functional negotiations and use EVMS.
Experience with cost-type subcontracts and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier organization including RFPs and negotiations.
Manage subcontracts from development through closeout.
Perform price analysis and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with IPTs and program offices.
Ensure alignment with DoD requirements and security clearances.
