Job summary

RTX BBN is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in a hybrid role across Cambridge, MA; Middletown, RI; or Rosslyn, VA. You will handle US Government and commercial contracts, including negotiation, redlining, and compliance activities to support proposals and program execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant contract experience, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and proven ability to coordinate with program managers, legal, finance, and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or a related advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience engaging directly with customers and government procurement processes.
• Experience interpreting and negotiating FAR/DFARS contracts and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent the organization on contract matters; act as liaison with customers.
• Review, negotiate, and manage Prime Contracts, OTAs, NDAs, and related documents.
• Assess proposals, manage terms and conditions, and support gating and approvals.
