Job summary

Qcells USA Corp. in Houston, TX is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to drive the buyout process from RFP to contract execution and manage vendor performance.

You will prepare complex contracts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure cost controls and compliant terms. This role requires a bachelor's degree with extensive experience in construction contracts, preferably in solar/renewable energy, and hands-on knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years in Construction Contracts Management and/or Procurement.
• 5+ years in solar/construction projects above $30M.
• Solar/Renewable Energy experience preferred.
• Strong contract management knowledge and change order experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive subcontract buyout from RFP to contract execution.
• Maintain vendor pre-qualification database and monitor performance.
• Prepare complex subcontract and master services agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure flow-downs.
• Coordinate with Project Management to resolve subcontractor issues.
