Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontracts in large EPC projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience negotiating MSAs and project-level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Subcontracts strategy and standards.
• Manage subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contracting.
• Oversee performance, EHS, quality, schedule, and cost in subcontracting.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key subs.
• Implement performance metrics and continuous improvement.
