You will drive full-cycle recruitment for utility-scale solar and related EPC roles, building robust candidate pipelines and ensuring data integrity across ATS/HRIS platforms. The role requires 3+ years in recruiting within renewable energy or construction, familiarity with Jobvite/Workday, and strong interview skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of the utility-scale solar EPC lifecycle.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate selection skills.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or similar HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: posting requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, drafting offers, and coordinating interviews for various levels.
• Maintain compliance and data integrity across ATS/HRIS systems.
• Develop talent pipelines and engage with diverse candidate pools.
• Coordinate with Hiring Teams and TA leadership to meet hiring goals.
